REAL ESTATE AND TRANSITIONAL HOUSING

At THIA we have a soft spot for youth who have aged out of either the child welfare (i.e., foster care) or delinquency (i.e., probation) systems in L.A. County.  Through our Real Estate Investment resources and our Transitional Housing Program we can ensure that the youth who go through our program never have to worry about where they are going to lay their head at the end of the day.  As well they are able to get the support they need to meet their basic needs for housing and income
